Less copying.
More getting on with it.

Still moving the same details between forms, spreadsheets and apps? We help businesses in Sydney and across Australia turn repetitive admin into a clearer, more connected workflow.

Tell us about your idea

Sydney, NSW · Working Australia-wide

Made to work. Made to feel like you.

Why so serious?

Professional can still be playful.

Getting the admin under control should feel good. Clear next steps, friendly language and thoughtful little details can make a workflow easier to live with. We want the tools your team opens every day to feel like they belong to your business.

Dependable where it matters. Individual by design.

What we can work on

Give the repetitive bits a job.

01

Enquiries & follow-up

Gather incoming requests, route them to the right place and make the next action easier to see.

02

Quoting & job admin

Reduce repeated entry across a quote, a booking and a job record. Keep review and approval steps where they matter.

03

System integrations

Move information between compatible tools, with clear handling for missing details, failed connections and exceptions.

From the workshop

One place for website enquiries

Our own enquiries portal takes submissions from website forms and brings them together for status tracking and notes. It is a real example of a small, focused system replacing scattered admin. We can discuss a similar approach around your business’s tools and process.

Small crew. Direct conversation.

Start small.
Build on what works.

You do not need every detail before we talk. We will agree what to explore first and how to review it together.

  1. Follow one job through

Pick a repetitive task and show us every handover. We look for repeated entry and the points where work gets stuck.

  2. Keep the checks that matter

Decide which steps can run automatically, which need approval and what should happen if something fails.

  3. Try it with real work

Test a contained workflow before expanding it. Agree how to spot failures and who will own the process.

Before we start

A few useful answers.

Does automation have to use AI?

No. A simple rule or a reliable connection is often enough. We choose an approach around the problem instead of adding AI for its own sake.

Can quoting or invoicing be automated?

Parts of the process may be suitable, depending on your software and business rules. Prices, approvals and accounting actions need a clear scope and appropriate checks.

Will we have to replace our current tools?

Not necessarily. We first look at what you already use and whether it has a supported way to connect. If it does not, we discuss the alternatives.

Can we start with one process?

Yes. A single repeated task is a good place to start. It makes the scope easier to understand and gives your team something concrete to try.

awkward bit.

A rough idea is enough. Tell us what you are trying to do, what gets in the way and where your business is based.
